I have been in telecom for 20 years. I started at Cellular One in SF and help install their first switches. I then moved to Irvine and helped build out the local Nevada network for Nextel. We have had Qwest 800 numbers and Level 3 800s and I dont know who else but I can honestly say that NO ONE has ever put more effort into trying to satisfy a customer than you and Rita. I realize there were some issues but I do not think you are at fault and I know there is no way you could put this effort into every customers order because there are not enough hours in the day.
